The flat itself feels like staying in a mate’s place rather than some sterile hotel room – there’s something oddly comforting about having a proper kitchen where you can make a decent cup of tea at 2 AM or store those amazing pastries from Singl-end down the road. The two bedrooms actually feel separate and private, not like those awkward hotel suites where you can hear everything happening in the next room. Sure, it’s not going to win any interior design awards, and the shower pressure is… well, let’s call it “contemplative,” but honestly? After spending days wandering around Glasgow’s incredible music venues and pubs (The Garage is practically around the corner), you just want somewhere comfortable to crash. The neighborhood gets a bit lively on weekend nights – you’ll hear folks heading home from Sauchiehall Street – but it’s never obnoxious, more like the soundtrack of a city that actually lives and breathes. Plus, being this central means you can stumble back from wherever you’ve been without dealing with Glasgow’s sometimes mysterious taxi situation. For the price point, especially with that parking thrown in, it’s honestly hard to complain about much of anything.

  The facilities in the flat were superb, plenty of everything you need for cooking and washing and drying clothes. The beds were so comfy and clean. The internet was easy to set up with the information left for us and fast. It was also great to have car parking too in the communal car parking area.

  Booked 2 bedroom ground floor flat as my 80 year old mother has Parkinson’s and a recent knee replacement. Arrived to find flat on 3 floor with no lift. My aunt, also elderly fainted on the top floor and had to crawl into the flat. Spent the weekend with a swollen ankle and needed assistance at the airport.
  Booked as attending a close family members funeral and was totally devastated. The only bonus was the Glaswegian people so friendly and helpful.
  Offered full refund but nothing has arrived and now no commutation with the property managers
  Will be raising a dispute with Booking.com
