  Central location, brand new decoration, clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The communal stairs leading to the apartment can be quite dark to get around and quite run down. But this is a communal corridor and stairs so it is not quite the property’s problem. Single glazing so it can get quite noisy.
