  Super easy to arrive. Great value and space for the price. Huge kitchen. Close to the train and store.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom sink hot and cold come out of the tap in separate streams. One scalding, one ice cold. This makes washing hands pretty much impossible. No instructions for turning on the boiler/heat etc. Definitely needs a manual for those unfamiliar with this style of boiler and radiators.

  The bed is not strong (broke on us while sleeping thought it was fixed within a good time) and it's small for two adults. Stronger King size bed should be better.

  Close to all shops and weatherspoons is just across the road can't beat a £2.99p breakfast and family around the area neighbours are very friendly all mod cons shower was fantastic pressure top notch.
