Brand new gorgeous 2 bed Apt in Finnieston Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Brand new gorgeous 2 bed Apt in Finnieston, I rolled my eyes a bit at the obvious marketing speak. But you know what? Sometimes places actually live up to their bold claims, and this apartment on Minerva Street genuinely surprised me. The Finnieston area has completely transformed over the past decade from this sort of forgotten industrial pocket into one of Glasgow‘s most happening neighborhoods, and staying here puts you right in the thick of it all.
The apartment itself really is brand new – I mean, everything still has that fresh smell and the appliances haven’t had time to accumulate the usual wear marks you see in most rentals. Both bedrooms are properly sized (not those cramped afterthoughts you sometimes get), and honestly, the whole place feels more like someone’s actual home than a typical short-term rental. The kitchen is probably better equipped than mine at home, which was a pleasant shock since I’d planned to live off takeaway from the Finnieston restaurants downstairs. Speaking of which – and this is where the location really shines – you’re literally a two-minute walk from some of the city’s best dining. The Gannet, Ox and Finch, that whole stretch along Argyle Street where you can barely move for all the excellent food options.
What I really appreciate about staying here is how it connects you to actual Glasgow life rather than tourist Glasgow. You’ll hear the occasional rumble from the nearby railway (the West End line runs close by), but it’s more comforting than disruptive – sort of reminds you that you’re in a real, working part of the city. The 9.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there a few days. The owners clearly put thought into the details that matter – proper blackout curtains, decent water pressure, reliable WiFi that actually works when you need it. Parking can be a bit tricky on Minerva Street itself, but there’s usually something within a block or two, and honestly, you probably won’t need your car much since the subway station at Kelvinhall is just a quick walk away. From there, you can get to the city center in about ten minutes or head further west toward the university area. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to experience Glasgow like someone who actually lives there rather than just passing through.

Reviews of Brand new gorgeous 2 bed Apt in Finnieston
A very comfortable stay! Would stay again! – Sam from United Kingdom – August 3, 2025 (9/10)
We loved how close it was to the station and to the hydro. It is also the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in for if you like to cook and if you like to exercise. The apartment felt new, clean and spacious. The area feels safe too and very close to restaurants.
What could be improved: The carpet was a little dirty in the bedroom. And there’s only one set of keys which is an issue if staying with another couple and doing different thingsExceptional – Camilla from United Kingdom – May 27, 2025 (10/10)
spacious and overhall for family. Full equipped and comfortable beds and sofa. Really nice apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped as well and the company staff were very helpfull and answered the phone straight away. I really like this company.
