The building itself has this gorgeous Victorian bones thing going on, but someone with serious design sense has gone and made it feel completely contemporary without erasing its character. I was genuinely impressed by how they’ve managed to keep those high ceilings and original features while creating spaces that feel fresh and livable. The rooms – well, they’re more like proper apartments really – have this curated feel that reminds me of staying at a friend’s place, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and actually knew how to make a space both beautiful and functional. The kitchen setup is no joke either; I’m talking full-sized appliances and everything you’d need if you wanted to skip the restaurant scene for a night (though honestly, you’re walking distance from some brilliant curry houses on Duke Street).

What really gets me about this spot is the location intelligence behind it. You’re genuinely in a residential area where people live their actual lives, not some sanitized hotel district. There’s a proper community feel – you’ll see kids walking to school, people heading to work, the whole rhythm of real Glasgow life. And parking? Actually manageable here, which anyone who’s tried to navigate the city center will appreciate. The transport links are solid too; you can hop on a bus and be in Merchant City in about ten minutes, or it’s a pleasant twenty-minute walk if the weather’s cooperating. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet in the evenings, which I found perfect after days of exploring the busier parts of town. That 9.4 rating they’ve got makes complete sense to me – it’s the kind of place where someone clearly sweated the details without making it feel precious or overthought. Honestly, it reminded me why I love Glasgow so much; it’s got that perfect mix of grit and sophistication, and staying here puts you right in the middle of that energy.

  Everything is available in the property including Bluetooth chargers , coffee , tea, sugar…. All the appliances are new and clean , spacious house with well organised things , you need of something and it will be there at the right place in the house

  The apartment was cozy and comfortable. It had everything I needed from the dining table, where I enjoyed breakfast with my family, and a celebratory dinner, to the soft sofas and warm bedrooms equipped with wireless charging ports, that helped me because I forgot my charger. The house was very comfortable and I will recommend it.
