You know what? Elder Park Apartments is one of those places that grows on you. When I first walked up, I’ll be honest – it’s not going to wow you from the outside. It’s a solid 3-star setup that does exactly what it says on the tin, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole operation that I actually came to appreciate.

The thing about apartment-style accommodation is that it either feels like someone’s forgotten rental property or it feels like a proper home base – and this one leans toward the latter. The rooms have that lived-in comfort that makes you want to actually unpack instead of living out of your suitcase. I mean, there’s a decent kitchenette situation happening, which honestly saved me a fortune on breakfast (and let’s face it, sometimes you just want to make your own coffee the way you like it). The furnishings aren’t Instagram-worthy or anything, but they’re comfortable and functional – think clean lines, neutral colors, everything you need without the fuss. The bed was properly comfortable too, which isn’t always a given at this price point.

What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night. You’d expect some noise issues with apartment-style places, but the walls are decent and I slept like a baby most nights. The staff – well, there isn’t a massive front desk operation, but the folks who run it are genuinely helpful when you need them. Check-in was straightforward, none of that over-the-top hospitality theater you sometimes get. The 7.2 rating makes sense to me actually – it’s not perfect, and you might notice some wear and tear here and there (the bathroom fixtures have definitely seen better days), but for what you’re paying, it delivers solid value. I’d definitely consider staying again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where having that extra space and kitchen facilities would come in handy. It’s the kind of place that works best when you’re not expecting luxury but you want something reliable and comfortable.

  It whole flat was clean, and had everything in the kitchen that's required. The beds were comfortable.

  The property was very very good and clean we got it on time they have all kitchen utensils and TV. Toilets are really good perfect for friends trip for 3-4 people.
  We can cook what ever we need with having all amenities like fridge microwave oven and hot oven with all other stuffs which can saves your food money.
