Glasgow, Finnieston Luxury 2 Bed with parking, e-check in, hi-fi Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Glasgow, Finnieston Luxury 2 Bed with parking, e-check in, hi-fi? I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the name – it sounds more like a rental listing than a boutique hotel – but this place completely surprised me. It’s tucked right into the heart of Finnieston on a street that’s actually pretty quiet for the area, which is saying something considering you’re basically in the middle of one of Glasgow‘s most happening neighborhoods. The whole e-check-in thing works better than you’d think, too. I mean, I’m usually skeptical about keyless entry and all that tech stuff, but when you’re rolling up at 11 PM after a long day, not having to hunt down a front desk person is actually brilliant.
The apartment itself – and it really does feel more like staying in someone’s incredibly stylish flat than a traditional hotel – has this whole industrial-chic thing going on that somehow doesn’t feel cold or sterile. The hi-fi system they mention in the name? Yeah, that’s not just marketing fluff. It’s proper equipment, the kind that makes you want to dig through Spotify for albums you haven’t listened to in years. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious, which is rare around here, and the main living area has these huge windows that let in tons of light during the day. Honestly, the whole setup made me want to stay in and cook dinner instead of heading out to the restaurants (though you’d be crazy not to explore the food scene in Finnieston – Ox and Finch is literally around the corner).
But here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: the parking situation. Anyone who’s tried to navigate Glasgow by car knows it’s a proper nightmare, especially around Finnieston Street where you’ve got the Hydro events and all the weekend crowds. Having a guaranteed parking spot included? That alone probably saves you £20 a night and about an hour of driving in circles looking for a space. The location puts you within walking distance of the Clyde, the Science Centre, and honestly some of the best bars in the city – but you can also easily hop over to the West End or into the city center. I ended up walking to Kelvingrove Park one morning, which took maybe 15 minutes and gave me a proper feel for how the neighborhoods connect. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be some grand luxury hotel with marble lobbies and doormen, but it absolutely nails what it is: a really thoughtful, comfortable base for exploring Glasgow that doesn’t feel like every other cookie-cutter accommodation you’ll find.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Glasgow through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best districts for experiencing the city’s musical atmosphere and artistic heritage.

Excellent flat, great location, with a good host whose communication was spot on. – Brian from United Kingdom – April 19, 2025 (10/10)
Really nice flat. Has everything you would need, plus a few things you don't always get. Location is great, a couple of minutes walk to the Hydro and 20 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Would definitely pick it again. Secure off street parking was also a big plus for a city location.
What could be improved: Nothing really.Beautiful apartment – Maria from United States – March 2, 2025 (10/10)

The space was really wonderful and comfortable. Everything you needed and more. Walking distance to shops, and some awesome pubs. Perfect city break. Our son especially loved Alexa.
What could be improved: Nothing.Great apartment. – Nicola from United Kingdom – June 30, 2024 (10/10)
The location was perfect for attending a concert at the hydro and a short distance from the town centre.
The apartment was well equipped, kitchen had everything needed and more. There was tea and coffee etc and a welcome hamper with wine and biscuits, there was miniature body wash / soap in both rooms along with towels.
Beds were comfortable and clean.
Lots space within the dining / seating area and a lovely balcony to sit out on.
What could be improved: The apartment was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, however there was lots of thick dust on table legs etc and around the corners of the floors and shower head was bring heald up with sellotape.
Having said this it would not put me off staying again and if needed I would re book in the future. Not quite Luxury yet….. – Catherine from United Kingdom – February 21, 2024 (4/10)
Location was great, really handy for getting into town, not far from nice restaurants, Finnieston Quay which has bowling, cinema, restaurants etc. On site secure parking was great.
Spacious place.
What could be improved: Cleaning – we had to clean the cutlery before using as it was put away dirty. There were plates and bowls that were also put away dirty that we had to clean.
The washing machine could not be used due to dirty items being left in it and the smell in it.
The bathroom sinks are choked, and round the sinks etc are not as clean as they should be.
The sofa obviously hasn't been hoovered or cleaned in a long time as a train ticket was found under the cushions when sorting it for 2021.
Generally tidiness & organisation of the flat could be better.
Bedding – the sheets on the main bedroom are not the correct size as they kept coming off and wouldn't tuck in. Also the pillows on every bed could do with being replaced. Mattress & Pillow protectors would be a welcomed addition.
This flat is advertised as luxury but it's not there yet, if the point above were address then it could be as it's a beautiful spacious flat.
One other thing that wasn't mentioned prior to checking in was the building works that are being undertaken. The scaffolding is right outside the bedroom windows and the workmen start at 8am, not ideal when your away for a break.Exceptional – Peter from United Kingdom – June 29, 2025 (10/10)
The whole stay was amazing. Perfect apartment. – Laura from United Kingdom – May 8, 2025 (10/10)
