The check-in process was this awkward dance of trying to coordinate with someone who seemed genuinely surprised that I was arriving, even though I’d booked weeks in advance. There’s no proper reception or anything, just a lot of confused texting back and forth.

I actually ended up cutting my stay short and found somewhere else in Glasgow after the first night. The final straw was probably the heating situation – or lack thereof. October in Scotland is no joke, and I spent most of the evening wrapped in my jacket trying to get warm. The West End has loads of options that won’t leave you questioning your life choices at 2 AM while shivering under a thin duvet.

  It is very sad, i did not sleep because you are a scamers, i orderd i paid £199 and i am arrived by the post code, but it has no house number, and i call 10 times the phone is rang but they did not accepted, at that time there was heavy rain i slept on the bus stop all my body is wet it was very very shame on you
