And the breakfast situation is solid without being fancy; they’ve got quality coffee (crucial for me) and fresh options that fuel you properly for a day of exploring. With an 8.8 rating, it’s clear other people are having similar experiences, and I totally get why. It’s one of those places where you feel like you’re getting more value than you paid for, which is rare these days.   The location was excellent for the event we were attending. We were able to leave our luggage securely until check in which was a great help. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and impressive on arrival. The check in staff were very efficient, even though check in was very busy at the time (they need to pass their customer service ethics to the staff behind the hotel bar, see below comments).
