I mean, the decor won’t win any design awards, but it’s clean and comfortable with touches that feel intentional rather than just thrown together.

Location-wise, you’re in that sweet spot where Hillhead meets Kelvingrove – close enough to walk to the University of Glasgow when the weather’s decent, but also an easy stroll down to Sauchiehall Street when you need proper city energy. Parking can be a bit of a dance around here (isn’t it always in the West End?), but the hotel sorts out permits for nearby streets, which saves the usual Glasgow parking headache. The area gets pretty quiet at night, which I appreciated after long days exploring, though you’ll hear the occasional late-night student group wandering past – comes with the territory when you’re near the uni. What struck me most was that 9.9 rating actually feels earned rather than inflated. The place runs smoothly without any fuss, the breakfast is solid Scottish fare without trying to be fancy, and you get that rare feeling that everyone working there actually wants you to enjoy Glasgow rather than just tolerate your stay.

  Lovely flat, clean and comfortable. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits left which was a really nice touch. Beth was very nice and accommodating when we arrived early. Definitely would recommend it.

  L'emplacement du logement est parfait pour une visite de Glasgow. nous avons presque tout fait à pied. La maison de Beth est vraiment bien équipée avec un espace nuit en bas avec 2 chambres et chacune sa salle de bains. L'étage était un espace immense de vie avec tout le confort souhaité. Vraiment tres agréable à vivre. Une adresse à recommander pour séjourner à Glasgow.
