The building itself has this understated elegance that screams quality without being flashy about it, and honestly, after staying in my fair share of overpriced tourist traps, this felt like stumbling onto something special that most travelers probably walk right past.

The apartment setup is where this place really shines, actually. Instead of cramped hotel rooms with paper-thin walls, you get proper living spaces with kitchens that you’d actually want to cook in – not those sad little kitchenettes with two burners and a mini-fridge. I ended up making breakfast most mornings just because the kitchen was so well-equipped, and there’s something really satisfying about having your coffee while looking out at the river instead of rushing down to some crowded hotel breakfast buffet. The furnishings feel like they were chosen by someone who actually lives in apartments, not a corporate buyer checking boxes. Everything works properly (shocking, I know), and the Wi-Fi is fast enough that I could actually get work done when I needed to.

What I really appreciated – and this is going to sound weird – is how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being near the river and in a busy area would mean constant noise, but the building is solid, and once evening hits, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that drawn-out hotel reception desk theater where they try to upsell you on spa packages and breakfast deals. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing and treats you like a grown-up who can figure out how to work a coffee machine. I’ve stayed in places with lower ratings that cost twice as much and delivered half the experience, so that 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated review scores – it’s actually earned. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through, this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for.

  The property was beautiful. Craig met us and showed us around the apartment. It had everything we could want and more. Craig was very helpful and told us about fun things to do around the city. Next time we are in Glasgow, we will stay at the Riverside West End Apartment!

  Craig contacted us while traveling down from Aberdeenshire to keep in touch. He met us at the apartment and showed us where to park. He showed us around the apartment and said if we needed him just to contact him. The apartment looks into the river Clyde where you can access a balcony to view. Although we were in the city centre, with the view it felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle. We had a reserved parking space underground, a lift is available also. We also had our 2 dogs with us and there is plenty walks for you. There was 2 adults & 2 children and we had plenty room.

  The apartment was clean and easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and communicated well. The apartment had everything you needed, and the bed was really comfortable, which was great. The view of the river Clyde from the balcony was lovely too.

  Craig was absolutely wonderful!! Meeting us and showing us to the apartment + giving us a tour was above and beyond my expectations. He's very easy to talk to and it feels all very casual. The apartment has everything you need and is extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
