Door in one bedroom would not close. Door in another bedroom jammed shut and the occupants were not able to get out of the room. We ended up disassembling the door handle mechanism to get the occupants out of the room. Window pane in one bedroom was cracked.

  What could be improved: We were staying as a group of 8. We quickly found out that the drainage in the flat was not working. The shower did not drain, and water kept spilling out of the shower to the hallways and bedrooms. Even toilet sewage backed out from the drain. The smell was awful. I contacted the property, and they were unable to solve the issue. I am now requesting a refund but they are ignoring my messages.
  We had to book alternative accommodation for the second night, as the shower and toilet were unusable.
