Fresh towels that don’t smell like industrial detergent, beds made properly without those weird hospital corners that come undone immediately. The front desk team seems to genuinely care about helping rather than just checking boxes, which is becoming rarer these days. They gave me restaurant recommendations that were clearly from personal experience, not just whatever brochure corporate told them to push. With an 8.8 rating, you’d expect good service, but this felt more personal than that number suggests. Sure, it’s a 4-star property, but the experience often felt more premium – probably because they focus on doing the fundamentals really well rather than cramming in flashy amenities that look good in photos but don’t actually improve your stay. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually settle in for a few days without feeling like you’re camping in luxury, this is worth considering.
