It’s got that boutique hotel vibe without the pretentious attitude, and honestly, the space you get for your money is incredible by UK standards. The whole setup works particularly well if you’re traveling with friends or family – having three proper bedrooms means everyone gets their privacy, but there’s still common space to hang out. Plus, having kitchen access means you can grab groceries from the local shops and actually save some money on meals (Glasgow restaurant prices can add up quickly). The only thing I’d mention is that it’s definitely more suited to people who appreciate character over modern convenience – this is Victorian charm, which means quirks like original windows and the occasional creaky floorboard. But that’s part of what makes it special, really. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re experiencing Glasgow the way locals do, not just passing through as another tourist.

  Lovely old flat with disabled friendly shower room. Convenient for Pollock and the Burrelll. Close to buses and stations to Glasgow. Great local eateries, independent shops and charity shops. Comfy beds. Appreciated the toy and book selection for the youngsters. Thanks!
  
  What could be improved: Could have used an extra pair of chairs for dining as concerned the bedroom ones might suffer with sticky kids! The undersink kick board needs some attention . Otherwise great!

  Very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment.
  All on one floor which suited my elderly father.
  Good variety of cafes and restaurants nearby if you require to dine out.
  
  What could be improved: Certainly not criticising apartment in anyway but….. If you are arriving in your own transport it can be a pain at times trying to get parked beside front door.
  It certainly wouldn't prevent me staying again.
