  What could be improved: The entry to the property looked like a prison, the carpet in the building was dirty, the tile in the bathroom was cracked and broken and unsightly. It was very warm in the apartment even with everything turned off.

  The location is situated super central. It is also easy to enter. Furthermore it provides everything you need (ex. hairdrier, washingmashine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, etc.). The communication to the host was excellent. She/he answered very quickly.
  
  What could be improved: The flat is not in the best condition, but mostly functional. There were for example many loose tiles, blunt knives and a missing knob at the radiator. So it was super hot in the bathroom and we couldn't change anything. Furthermore, we only had cold water as the boiler did not work.

  What could be improved: It's very inconvenient to communicate, and the check-in instructions are too simple. On a night with a temperature of 8 degrees, I could only take a cold shower. In the end, I had to rely on a colleague's assistance to finally have a hot shower the next day.

  Location! Very central.
  Good size apartment. Clean and fresh. Nicely furnished.

  Key box area was not as photo showed so getting key was stressful until we selected the right one!.
  Only 1 teaspoon and 2 forks. No cloths for washing up. Plates etc very high -more than 6ft up!!

  Windows continuously opened in heavy rain and wind-owner helpful when reported this.
  Lift didn't work on 2nd day… its on 5th floor!

  The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We were very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The manual with instructions did not come through early enough so we did not have internet when we needed to read it. Getting into the apartment was very complicated.
  We also had problems with the hot water and actually had to download the instructions, turn off the power and reset the system and program it from scratch. This was after they sent someone over to check it. We got home, no hot water. We woke up – no hot water so we reset it from scratch. This is above and beyond but we did it. So the place was great but we had to work too hard to make it work and did not get great support.
